An intersex child's mother herself, Rinio Simeonidou gives a strong fight everyday, not only for her kid, but for all intersex humans in Greece. On TEDxLesvos stage she talked about the human rights of the intersex people. Rinio Simeonidou was born in Athens, and she studied and worked as a sound engineer, before deciding to move in Siros island. She is a parental and educational activist especially for the rights and inclusion of minority children (people with disabilities, homeless people, LGBTQI+, refugee children, etc.) This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
